2003 Ford Expedition Brake Lights Dont Work

I replaced a burned bulb but still the brake lite wont work when the brakes are applied.

Ford brake lights do not work. Fuses have been checked and brake switch replaced still no brake lights please h. Or the switch may just need adjustment. The fuse block diagram is on page 251 under roadside emergencies.

Is this a fuse or a switch problem. The lite green wire with red tracer is voltage to the switch hot all the time. Also there is a trailer light harness on the vehicle check at that connection or actually remove the trailer light harness as some have a built in converter that can cause weird issues also. Is this a turn signal switch issue or a relay issue.

See the diagram here the power to it comes out of the switch on the light green wire to the high mount lights and in on the lite green red.
