Sorry to pop in here just to clarify this is the driver side temperature actuator and the easiest out of 4 actuators.

Does anyone have a picture or diagram of where the actuator is located. I read up that this could possibly be caused by a faulty or stuck blend door actuator but i ve read conflicting posts on where this actuator could be located. Once the panel is off simply loosen the actuator mounting screws and disconnect it from the hvac system.
